- Our Teams
- Our technical team of seasoned engineers is large enough to handle customers’ varying complex issues. As per customer’s request, our technical engineers can go to customer’s plant for on-site troubleshooting. Our R&D team supports customers by solving their tough challenges, custom manufacturing and secondary development per their specific needs. Our local service points around the world can provide greater convenience for distributors and end users.
- Training
- After the machine is delivered, our technicians will go to customer’s plant within one week for on-site training. This aims at enabling customers to master the operation and maintenance of our machines, and to ensure the smooth running of the machines. Our training courses include technical training and operation training. Technical training is a type of training meant to teach customer’s technicians the management and maintenance aspects of the job, while our operation training has specific goal of making customer’s operators to correctly use machines. The training courses will be conducted at places offered by customers.
- Warranty
- During the period of warranty, we are responsible for any machine damages caused by quality problem (excluding easy wear parts). We will provide free maintenance service or replacement of damaged parts, improve system performance and do the job with results meet user’s expectation. When the product exceeded the warranty period, we are delighted to sign the system maintenance contract.
